Are the products sold on your website authentic?

Yes, we sourced the products directly from their official websites or authorized dealers, some of which we may provide you with a copy of invoices or receipts of purchase, upon our discretion. We do not support the making and selling of fake, replica and counterfeit products.

Sabah & Sarawak Standard Delivery RM16

Free postage for orders over RM55 applicable only for Peninsula Malaysia

Delivery services

The local courier services we use are DHL, Flash, Ninjavan, and J&T.

Tracking information will be provided via email.

Instant Delivery or Pickup

Please contact us should you require an urgent pickup or would like to arrange for Grab or Lalamove via Whatsapp 013 315 0015. Only applicable for Klang Valley.

Are the products readily available?

Unless stated PREORDER, most of the products are READYSTOCK and shall be prepared for delivery the next working day. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

For PREORDER items an eta of 10days to 4weeks upon payment confirmation are required. Timeline is also subjected to overseas weather conditions, merchant efficacy, and etc which we shall update you should there be any delays.

Since products are being sold constantly on both our website and Shopee platform, we may not be able to timely update the stocks. Therefore, for items tagged READYSTOCK & PREORDER will mean that some of the items may not be available ready stock. Please contact us to confirm the stocks status in case you need them urgently.

Cancellation

Upon ordering, we do not accept any cancellations made, since orders begin processing immediately after checkout. Please confirm your orders and information given is correct before checking out.

Combine Orders

If your order contains both PREODER and READY STOCK items, we are not able to split the shipment. If you would like the READY STOCK items to be shipped out first, please place separate orders, thank you.
