Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

You have 7 working days period from the date of order was received to return or exchange the item/s back to us.

Products returned must be brand new, unopened, unsealed, unused, and undamaged with the initial packaging or box that it came with.

Items purchased during Sale or Events are only eligible for store credits or promotional codes.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items specially requested to be added on the website.

We shall consider refunding partially, fully or replace, without the return of the product/s should the products be expired or damaged (with proof of photos or videos taken while unboxing or unpacking the product/s) upon arrival.

Should the items received are incomplete (missing quantities or accessories), we shall also issue a refund (with proof of photos and videos taken while unboxing or unpacking the product/s).

We do not accept exchanges or returns for products being preowned and used for hygiene purposes.

We shall take no responsibilities for the manufacturing defects, colours, shades, qualities, sizes, textures, and such that doesn’t match your expectations. Afterall, we are not affiliated with any of the brands hence we shall not be held responsible for the forementioned above.

We are also not responsible should you develop allergies from the products. Please buy at your on risk. By using the service, you agree to take responsibility on your health and safety by reading or researching on the products and their ingredients or consult your physician. Always seek safety advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions regarding a medical condition, or products safety concerns. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us (unless the exchange is due to our fault for example, mistakenly placed a different color or item). You should send the goods to the address given prior to our agreement to accept the return or exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
